Architect

Job responsibilities

Design Development:

• Create conceptual designs that align with client requirements, budgets, and regulatory standards.
• Develop detailed plans, elevations, and construction documents.

Client Collaboration:

• Present and explain design proposals, incorporating client feedback.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Experience:

• Proven experience as an Architect with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
• Familiarity with architectural software and design tools.

Design Skills:

• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical designs.

Communication:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
